[spelling][project/notification] "has bed registre" -> "has been registered"

We can see a spelling mistake on the page at <host_measurePlatform>/#/project/<project_id>/notification/.

When we register a new measure to the project, a notification appears.
This notification says "The has bed registre into the project".

It would be better to say "The measure has been registered in the project.".
