[bug] After a complete fresh install, Measure platform crashes at first start #54
Description
After a fresh install of the MeasurePlatform and its dependencies, Measure platform crashes at first start.
Everytime I do a fresh install of the platform and its dependencies (MySQL, Java, Kibana,ElasticSearch), the first startup of the MEASURE platform systematically fails. It then starts correctly from the second startup.
Here are the traces generated by the platform at first start and the traces generated at second start.
