[Analysis] - Decision on UI/UX for Trusted Data

Here is the parent issue for the Trusted Data project:

Users should be able to create reviews that are very much like datasets. This feature will only be available in the SPA (and API), not JSF.

Several UI/UX ideas have been debated. The one that is farthest along in terms of code and that is the least disruptive is the following pull request:

• Dataset Type selection step in Create Dataset page #876

We should decide if we want that pull request to the QA'ed and merged. If not, we should decide which UI/UX direction to take.
