Hi @acrinklaw,

@raphaeltrevizani recently incorporated the ability to use TRUST4 input in f736a06. There's likely still a bit of work to do on this, but we'd like to plan to release this as TCRmatch 1.1 once we're through with testing. I just wanted to give you a heads up in case there might be more to coordinate.

TRUST4 output an AIRR TSV file but I guess that isn't working with tcrmatch. My initial guess is that TRUST4 only outputs the required fields and tcrmatch is expecting one of the optional fields.
