Zowe Conformance: Rename the CICS Deploy Zowe CLI plug-in per Linux Foundation trademark usage policy #354

The plug-in should be named in a way that complies with the Linux Foundation's trademark usage policy: https://www.linuxfoundation.org/legal/trademark-usage
Specifically, the format for the name should be:
<your product name> for <The Linux Foundation mark>
Therefore, I would suggest updating the name in the README (displayed on npmjs) to something like "CICS Deploy for Zowe CLI", and updating the conformance information to reflect the new name. Currently the entry in the Zowe Conformance program lists the plug-in as "Zowe CLI CICS Deploy plug-in", which is not in line with the Linux Foundation's trademark usage policy: (https://landscape.openmainframeproject.org/card-mode?category=zowe-conformant&selected=zowe-cli-cics-deploy-plug-in)
