When first deployed, does not correctly connect to mongo #2
Description
When deployed through the deploy to bluemix button, compose-for-mongo get deployed and is definitely not available (takes 5+ mins to come up) by the time the application starts. At this point, its not really clear that the environment variables to connect to the compose service are available either. We need to fix the code so that we 1) keep polling to get the right variables from the CF env and 2) connect to the mongo service when available, and possibly print an error message to the screen that mongo isnt ready, until things fix themselves.
