Usage (Github and Standalone)

First up, your tool looks amazing!
Sorry for the potentially dum question, but how exactly would I go about using it? Just copy the github action to my repository and then it works once I commit a .pbix-file? 

And second, is there a way to use it locally without github? I.e. just running the power shell script on a specified file and get the markdown?
