By default, remote access to the raspberry pi is disabled in the OS in order to improve security.
I find it useful to run the device in "headless" mode so that I don't have to connect a KVM (Keyboard/Video/Mouse) to it,
or be at its physical console
- Enable SSSH for remote console
- Enable VNC for remote desktop
- Preconfigure WiFi connection so that it auto joins the network.
- Set a new device/username/password in order to improve security
If this is is useful, a wiki page detailing the steps can be added to this project.
