Hive members with no laser account will not get free minutes until next payment #11
Description
If you don't have a laser account when your hive payment goes through you won't get free minutes. You have to have the laser account first for free minutes to be credited.
The reason is because the free_minutes table is based on user id. Someone can't have a user id if they haven't signed up for a laser account. Therefore when the paypal script processes a payment it can't find a user id to put in the free_minutes table.
