Standardized Doc Comments

I'm not sure what this should look like yet, but it'd be nice to have a standardized format for doc-style comments on 'function' labels to designate which registers and flags are read/written/destroyed, akin to Javadoc annotations. If a speculative evaluation layer gets added, e.g. to provide register and cycle count analysis, warnings could be issued for incorrect docs.
