Better Auto Updater

Having a way to tell the auto updater to do other tasks would be helpful.

For example, cleaning up old assemblies that are no longer needed. No current way of automatically renaming them with the ".deleteonnextlaunch" extension.

Having commands such as "move", "copy", and maybe even "run" would be nice.
