Version 0.6.0 is missing on rubygems.org

Hey there,

thanks for the gem. I was looking for a way to modify my Arel queries and came along this gem. Wanted to try it out in my rails 7 app, but verion 0.6.0 that supports AR 7.0 seems to be missing from rubygems.org: https://rubygems.org/gems/arel_toolkit

For my initial tests I am fine with working with the version from GitHub, but it would be awesome, if the version could also be released on rubygems
