Missing IDToken in Decision Engine Results in Job Submission Failure #515

When troubleshooting Vito's new Decision Engine setup, it was observed that the jobs were not being submitted due to a missing IDToken in the Decision Engine. After further inspection, it was identified that the missing IDToken was due to the result of the HTCondor password file being unavailable in the desired location. Typically, the password file for HTCondor should be available after a fresh installation and configuration of the Decision Engine, which was the case with Vito's new setup.
