Include `.deb` files to the release files

There is an open issue in deb-get considering the inclusion of HDFView. However, we do need to have a direct URL for the uncompressed .deb file of HDFView in order to include it to deb-get. At the moment, the .deb file for Linux is compressed in a .tar.gz file. Can you consider releasing a .deb file solely so that deb-get can handle this installation automatically for Linux systems?

Understand what you want - the tgz files include a README file, with information that could be useful. However if there is a suggestion that it is useless or that it can be incorporated differently, then we could release the .deb files.

My suggestion to keep the tarbal files (with README.md, .deb file etc.) and also to release a .deb file solely, so that deb-get can install it.
