SearchFilings not getting the latest filings #2

Hi,
Below is my code to retrieve S-1/A filings related to telehealth. The latest filings pulled are from 1/7/2021 - however, I know there are newer filings after this date that this query is not pulling up. Any help would be much appreciated!
