Revise questions to be easier to understand for poor readers

Many students are poor readers, but they can still do many of the quiz questions because the meaning is clear without the text.

Some questions currently need to be read carefully (e.g. How many letters? when it shows both numbers and letters). Should we revise these questions to make the text non-critical?

@eoinkelly, do you know where the English quiz questions are kept? I could only find the Khmer ones.
