Issue

appdev.grinnell.edu is not loading, due to a server-side timeout error.

Additional Details

The domain name is still resolving to an IP address (132.161.208.9), but the IP addess cannot be accessed (via http, ping, etc.) - this suggests that the DNS is still working, but that the server might be offline or behind a restrictive intranet firewall.
