Hi,
I made config.sim file with del, ins, dup, inv except translocation.
SVsim supports translocation event?
then, how to make config file for translocation?
is there any example config file?

SVsim does not support translocation events, primarily because without knowledge of the location of centromeres, it is unclear what chromosome name should be given to the output sequence. However, a translocation can be simulated by using carefully crafted combination of an INCL event and a DELL event. The INCL can be used to place the correct end of the source chromosome at the beginning or end of the target chromosome. The DELL event can then be used to delete the sequence from the source chromosome if you intend to simulate a conservative translocation.
