need a way for userbase to correct typos

everything is done with scraping, and ucla makes errors, so we need a way to make sure 

we need a very lightweight clientside app that allows API users to submit corrections to all fields (esp. textfields)

then have an API for this so that clientside apps that consume this API can easily allow their users to correct the data that will inevitably propogate from UCLA's errors
