[BUG] Stuck at waiting for other players screen when trying to start specific songs

Describe the bug
When trying to start specific songs eg (https://beatsaver.com/maps/2cbb6), you get stuck at "waiting for other players", the song doesn't start, no notes, nothing, just a black screen with waiting for other players written on it until you close and re-open the game.

To Reproduce

1. Download 1.29.1 from BSmanager
2. Get this song (https://beatsaver.com/maps/2cbb6), this happens with other songs as well this is just an example
3. Get all mods needed to play custom songs online as well as all the mods needed to start the above song, This issue won't occur if you start the song without having Chroma installed.
4. Make a lobby and try to start the song

Expected behavior
For the song to start playing normally instead of having a waiting for other players message stuck.

I found this issue resolved upon updating my Quest friends and my PC mods, but now that 1.29 is no longer recommended, I've since updated to the latest version.
