Provide configuring for surface and swapchain #7
Description
Right now swapchain has minimal configuration ability.
It supposted to be configured with next params:
- VSync (enabled/disabled)
- MSAA (bits count for multisampling)
Consider that all Framebuffer attachment must have the same SamplesCount param value
