Update admin page with more info on supervisors

- Update group permissions table to include Name and email of supervisors (require to be a tester)
- Update group permissions table to include project reference (which holds ethics info)
- Update admin page to do CRUD on group permissions. Display name and email of supervisor with clickable email to send message.
- Supervision permission should be time limited also
