Pull request + Fork

Hi,
I would like to introduce the practice for using the pull-requests and a fork in your projects.
The main idea is that our need to create a fork and them create PR to be able to merge it into master. Look at the following links:

When you will get a task, you need to create a separated PR that will be reviewed.
