Issue with Recorder's Assistant - Broken "continue" Button

• MacOS - Venture 13.6

• Version 120.0.6099.71 (Official Build) (x86_64)

• GitHub version 0.4.5: Stable Release - Better Distributed Team Support, Jan 28, 2021

• After taking a screenshot, you cannot click any boxes or type in any of the comment boxes. Otherwise, the "continue" button will not work. If you do, you must un-click the boxes and delete your words. It will still not work, so you must navigate back a page. You must markup the photo in some way, almost as if to refresh the system Then, you will progress back to the buttons page. You will be allowed to continue, as long as nothing is clicked or typed. You will notice that there's then a duplicate page of clickable boxes and text boxes. You may type on this page, but not click any boxes.

• I would expect the user to be able to check any boxes they desire and leave any comments they want, then be able to select "continue" to progress with the evaluation.
