Feature Request: Playlist from internet links

I would like the opportunity to create a playlist from internet links to e.g. YouTube videos or RTSP streams.
It would be nice if you could also set how the videos are played. Background: If there are live streams in the playlist, you should jump to the next title in the playlist after a certain time.
When entering the individual titles, it would also be good if you could check whether they should be played with or without sound.
