Demo 4 Problem with Interview Flow Control

Assignment 4 requires the students to use the final screen document structure to control the flow of the interview. Demo 4 does not have that feature, and so the students run into that problem without having seen how to solve it. Demo 4 should be amended to display all of the collected information on the final screen, or in a document, and to demonstrate what the effects on the control flow of the document are.

Also, the mental process of figuring out how to get Docassemble "not" to ask something (by converting it into when the question SHOULD be asked, and then ensuring that those conditions are always present in mandatory screens and code-flow blocks) should be included in the demo.
