Milestone 2 requires an ourline of at least two ideas for what model we will build in the rest of the notebook i.e. 'we plan to use the time and date variable to predict parking violations in a zip code' or 'we plan to test if there is a statistically significant positive correleation between income and happiness.' NOTE: The graphs and summary statistics should inform the questions/models we will seek to explore/answer.
