Sprint-7-Documentation

As a developer I would like to be able to understand the code that I am working with and understand the functions of each part of the code I am looking at. This can be achieved with proper documentation of the codebase.

Acceptance Criteria:
Documentation that explains the functions of each file and key functions.
Identification/Documentation of Bugs found within the codebase.
