Merging code of both geodataCrawler

Currently both geodataCrawler are very similar (but different)

• The swisstopo-crawler supports the common directory structure for level-2 swisstopo data.
• The glaciology-crawler supports the naming of VAW

Both crawler have to be merged into one code.
