HGMD license to distribute variants #5

Thank you for your great work. I see download links to processed HGMD variants in download_data.sh. May I ask which kind of license agreement you have to be able to download HGMD? I did not find such information in the manuscript. Also, are there any licenses applicable to your processed data?
