Update to Angular2 RC5

Update providers to use new NgModules

Aside from NgModules biggest pain is that all curly braces need to be commented out in demo templates by using the format {{'{'}} or {{'}'}}

Note: Interpolation eg: {{'some val'}} is limited to 9 instances per element
for code blocks use {{' ... '}} to wrap the entire block

Work is ongoing. Its functional but the documentation needs to be updated.
If you want to play with it, a build from the RC5 branch exists in npm using fuel-ui@beta

Import to your module using:
import {FuelUiModule} from "fuel-ui";

otherwise all components retain the same usage.

Also, this build may solve the webpack problem. Need to test this.

I'd like to know whether it's ready for Angular 2 final release. I've got some problems with DatePicker Component though I imported the module and follow the rest as described in the documentation. It says "Fuel-UI Error: DatePicker missing date field", and I suspect it could be the content child issue as it works well (except some minor css) when I move .date-picker-input-group to somewhere around and .date-field become the direct-child of date-picker component. Could I know if there is some quick fix for it?

Angular 2.1 is here. I'd like to use fuel-ui in my project but I can't yet due to still being based off RC 4. What's the status of this?
