Set up keyframe functionality

Create a partial index for keyframe snapshots, and write a method to auto-re-generate keyframes based on how far back into the past the snapshot is (i.e. one-hour intervals today, then one day apart, then one week apart, etc.). Set up a cron job to run the auto-re-generation.
