ui-text-input partial rendering when set to text area (multi-line)

Current Behavior

You can see in the attached image that in the upper left corner the label area seems to be rendering over top of and obscuring the text a bit.

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

I first noticed this issue after upgrading to dashboard v1.30.1.

Environment

• Dashboard version: 1.30.1
• Node-RED version: 4.1.0
• Node.js version: 22.11.0
• npm version: 10.9.0
• Platform/OS: macOS 26.2
• Browser: Chrome 143.0.7499.194

I can confirm this issue.
Likely related to PR #1974

Note, when testing any fix, check operation with a theme with Compact row height

I have checked all the other text input node modes and it is only the text area mode that shows the problem.
