Electric engines running on gasoline when RedstoneFlux is not present #3

Describe the bug
Electric engines can be run using power sources from RedstoneFlux. If RedstoneFlux is not present it will fallback to the Flan's Mod fuel can which should not be possible.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Craft any vehicle on the vehicle crafting table using an electric engine as the engine
- Put fuel into the fuel slot in the vehicle menu
Expected behaviour
Fallback onto something more logic like redstone.
