[FR] Parsing config files

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The program needs a feature to parse the current config files so the program can detect the kernels that are installed in the system.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Parsing a config file with a specified format. Need it also for global config options management.
