Organize the code.

Currently all the files reside in resources directory in workload and names are somewhat confusing for new contributors.
Here is the checklist of tasks to implement better readability and structure:

1. Change the names to be clear of the files.
2. Aggregate the files under respective functionalities. (Eth, Mempool, Wallet, etc)
3. Create separate functions for redundant code, like antithesis assertions, connection, etc.
