To Reproduce
Steps used to reproduce the behavior:
launch game with ferral game mode

pid 1935896's current affinity list: 2-7,11
Expected behavior
the game should be pinned to threads 0-7 and 16-23 but instead for me is 2-7 and 11. the 11 thread in particular is bad as it is on the wrong ccd.

the 9950x3d has 2 chiplests with diffrent specs, it is widely agreed upon that games should be ran on the ccd with extra cache which are threads 0-7 and 16-23. having a game run across both chipsets makes games lose prefroamnce due to a latency increase from the 2 ccds having to talk to eacher,
