Remove pun-based messages

SUSHI outputs pun-based error and success messages (https://github.com/FHIR/sushi/blob/master/src/utils/puns.ts) that are inappropriate for professional enterprise environments.

Request: Remove them or at least add an option to disable them.

The puns are a great part of sushi. I completely disagree with the idea that they are inappropriate for professional environments.

This is the first complaint about puns we've ever received in SUSHI's 6-year history. The FSH community has expressed overwhelmingly positive support for FSH puns. In fact, many people specifically call out the puns as one of their favorite features.

We can't justify investing time or effort to remove the FSH puns (even optionally) unless we see support for their removal in the general community. If you think there is community support for their removal, I'd suggest you propose that in the #shorthand chat to see what the community thinks (but I expect you will not find much agreement).
