Hunt Radar randomly working

75% of the time the hunt radar isn't working but from time to time it show up and actually work

Doesn't matter what you do;
•Run the game on dx11 or dx9
•Admin right
•Compa mode
•reset setting and/or clean re-install
The radar still doesn't work properly most of the time.
Running Win10, latest version of FFXIV App.
