Just Updated; crashes on startup

Just got a message to update, it does so, restarts, immediately get the error below; no application window or anything. Tried to start manually, same thing.

If you move your plugins folder to another directory and try to start does it crash? It appears that DLL is either used for audio or IIS related items. I'm sure it's not IIS related though.
