Precompiled linux build in releases is aarch64 and there is no x86_64 option

I apologise if this is not a valid issue, but the linux build for this program is Arm-based, which is a problem for people running linux on anything but a raspberry pi or similar device. It isn't hard to set up a linux vm on a regular pc and compile it on there for x86

Truth be told, Linux build was an afterthought on my side, and there was no demand for it until now 🙃
I'll add a CI/CD step to build it at the earliest convenience.

Epic. also I tried compiling it on my system and it works well apart from directories not being created, but it does still export properly and I can read the files perfectly fine.
