parameter was not provided

I installed F5 heat plug in and no error messages so far. but when i try to use stack to create 2-NIC BIG-IP, i got following error " error: the parameter (mgmt_network) was not provided.

i use the yaml file downloaded directly from bottom of link and i can see mgmt_network is defined in the template. Not sure anything else I missed?

BTW, i used this startup script from this site:

Thanks @firefly2000, I believe this is actually a bug in the horizon dashboard.

If you provide a default value for that parameter, does it work then?
