Hourly rate tariff

Some users rarely need VPN access and don’t benefit from monthly or yearly subscriptions. To make the service more flexible, we could introduce an hourly rate tariff.

Proposal:

• Allow users to purchase a package of hours for VPN usage (e.g., 5h, 10h, 20h)
• Hours are deducted only while the VPN connection is active
• Show remaining hours balance in the user dashboard / bot
• Option to top up hours at any time.

The main benefit is attracts users who only occasionally need VPN.

Open questions:

• How to handle time tracking (server-side session accounting)?
• Minimum time unit for deduction (per minute vs per hour)?
• Should unused hours expire after a certain period?

Handle time traking:
1 Case. Manual switching state connection (in front-end button on/off connection)
2 Case. Automatic. Maybe use wg state (command in cli - wg show on services) it working timer on backend, and executing command on all services, but open question because it is not universal api vor all vpn services)

Minimal time unit:
Maybe 1h? Because it more universal and it's not be open discussion on users.

Unused expire hours:
Do it track on hours, not months, months translate to hours after buy tariff.
