Unable to subscribe to two or more nodes for events

Currently, you can authenticate more than one node. However, event subscription is currently limited to one node. This means that only one event stream is maintained and published by Nodegaze's backend.

Optimization:
1. allow subscription of multiple nodes to event streams
2. manage multiple event streams effectively
3. ensure compatibility with cln, lnd, and eclair
