elprpe vcf-to-elsites dbSNP_156.vcf dbSNP_156.elsites [Killed] #73
Description
I want to try convert new version of dbSNP 156( downloading form NCBI https://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/snp/archive/b156/VCF/GCF_000001405.25.gz) to elsites file, but when I excute commad
elprpe vcf-to-elsites dbSNP_156.vcf dbSNP_156.elsites
it shows "Killed" info, and without any outcome.
