Shape Tools in Paint Mode has Trailing Effect When Resizing

Expected Behavior

Using the Shape Tools in Paint Mode draws single lines while resizing.

Actual Behavior

Using the Shape Tools in Paint Mode draws many lines while resizing often making it hard to tell which is the current size that will be drawn.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch OpenPad 1.5.1 on Android 8.1.0
2. Tap the + icon in the lower right
3. Tap Paint
4. Tap Paint Roller icon in upper right
5. Tap the Shapes icon on bottom of right toolbar
6. Tap the Square icon in upper left
7. Tap and Hold and drag on the canvas
