TIP SHOWS EVERYTIME OPENPAD IS LAUNCHED

Expected behavior

Such tips are usually expected to show up once, and that is at first launch to Give a new user a hint of how to use the project.

Actual behavior

The tip keeps show up at every time open pad is launched. Doesn't matter whether you have seen it for the hundreth time.

How to reproduce

• Install the lastest version of openpad (v1.5.1)

• as expected you will find the tip

• exit and restart openpad again

• you will notice that the tip keeps popping up every time that openpad is launched.

• Browser: Eskstar Browser v15.0

• Operating system: Android Nougat v7
