2.16.1 x64 build - url added to custom arguments when pasting list of URLs into queue

When I paste multiple URLs into the queue if build 2.16.1 x64, the first URL in that last is also prepended to the custom arguments.

I've also noticed this build cannot be launched from a batch file.

Does anyone else have these issues?

I was unable to reproduce this. The only way I could do it is by giving focus to the combo box for the arguments (by clicking on it), then moving the text caret in front of the argument, and then pressing Ctrl+V. But then you would expect a URL to be pasted there, so I don't know how to do it in a way that would qualify the behavior as a bug. Can you describe how you do it in specific steps I can reproduce?
