feature request: consider a commit message token that ignores a commit from git disjoint

Not sure if this would be useful outside an extremely niche situation in one repository I use. 

Something like

```
chore: whatever commit message

This is more description

[git-disjoint skip]
```

And then git-disjoint would never display the commit to the user or operate on it.
