Add "Learn more" hyperlink to source-specific popup on map

For example, clicking on United States triggers a popup list of hyperlinked source powo & usda. The next popup, triggered by clicking on powo should include hyperlink "Learn more" at bottom, with the link leading to the home page for Plants of the World Online, that same as for page Sources.
